Every Basset Hound pet Christmas tree ornament starts with an original hand sculpture in clay by the artist, Judy Peters. The sculptured Basset Hound ornament then has a mold made from it and is reproduced with a material that provides excellent detail and is very paintable. After the Basset Hound is poured and hardened, each is carefully hand painted by Judy in the breed’s color variations giving every individual ornaments its own personality. The Basset Hound ornaments, in the different color variations, are available with additions such as bandanas, knitted scarfs and/or hats, and angel wings.
